This training process involves specific & highly advanced speed training methods that ignite the nervous system to elevate dopaminergic and high adrenaline activity. This in turn decreases thought processing time, increases force production, coordination & has a neurogenesis effect (the growth of new brain neurons)

Rotation & connective tissue rewiring
This training process involves in rewiring fascial tissue & tendons to their initial elastic form.
Over long periods of time our bodies become "stuck" in one movement plane (sagittal/straight faced plane) from all the hours we spend in seated positions, from driving, the office & school.
Being stuck in the sagittal plane for long periods of time creates fibrosis in the connective tissue through multiple areas of the body - this in turn stops the body from moving in the transverse/rotational plane, which is the most important plane of movement when it comes to athletic performance.
